Cancellation/Refund Policy

If a cancellation is necessary for a requested coaching session, a notification will need to be sent to Humble-U or your personal coach within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. This process can also be completed on your member page. If payments were received, you will be able to add another appointment time (at not cost) or submit a 100% refund request. If we were not notified about a cancellation, you will be charged a fee (depending on your plan).

Humble-U accepts refunds (approval needed) if client is unsatisfied with services provided. All refunds must be requested within 24 hours after a coaching session. This request can be submitted through email or by phone. If the refund is approved, with reasonable proof of unsatisfactory service, we will provide a refund (up to 100%) within 7 business days using the initial purchasing method.
